Construction

- Continued cross bidding and value engineering
- Coordination of owner meetings
- Preparation and maintenance of weekly job agenda for use by architect, owner and decorator
- Weekly schedule and progress review
- Monthly job cost review
- Thorough site control for safety and cleanliness
- Management of comprehensive customer selection list
- Detailed budget tracking
Post-Construction
- Preparation and timely maintenance of punch list
- Preparation of “Owner’s Manual” which includes subcontractor lists, warranty information, underground utility plans and advice on house upkeep
- Coordination of other “after market” service issues
- Builder’s Warranty administration
